Bungee Fitness is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines resistance training, cardio, and plyometrics while being securely attached to a bungee harness. It allows for fluid, dynamic movement with less strain on the joints, making it a fun and effective full-body workout. .
Bungee Fitness is suitable for most fitness levels! However, participants should be in generally good health and weigh between 90-250 lbs (weight limits may vary depending on harness size and bungee resistance). If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your doctor before participating.

We recommend wearing:
✔ Fitted workout attire (leggings, snug top)

No experience is needed! Our instructors guide you through the basics, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you learn to bounce, glide, and fly through the workout.
Each Bungee Fitness session is 60 minutes, including warm-up, technique training, and a full-body workout. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class for setup and safety instructions. Late arrivals will forfeit their payment and will not be able to join the session.
Absolutely! Our certified instructors ensure your harness and bungee cords are properly fitted and adjusted. We also start with basic techniques to build confidence before progressing to more dynamic movements.
No, Bungee Fitness is not recommended for pregnant individuals due to the dynamic nature of the workout
We recommend starting with 1-2 classes per week and increasing as you build strength and confidence. It’s a great complement to other fitness routines like yoga, strength training, or dance fitness!
